It is not possible to reach higher states of consciousness without first acknowledging and transcending our own suffering. Many spiritual teachings suggest that you should subdue your negative emotional states in order to choose higher vibrational ones. This is actually spiritual by-passing and will create more dis-ease in the body. True liberation is not achievable by ignoring our shadows. This does not mean that we must act on them or project them onto others, quite the opposite. We must learn to be responsible for our response when we are triggered. To become conscious and allow them to arise, become a witness. To pause and allow ourselves the time we need to respond to a situation rather than react impulsively. We do this without becoming attached to the emotion and therefore let it flow through us. These emotional triggers are our guides. They are there to help point the direction in which we need to look and subsequently shine the light on. Integrating our dark and light aspects is how we truly return to a state of wholenss. By accepting all that we are.  This is how we move out of suffering and into Grace.

For this to occur we must allow true healing of the self, we must be willing to face and shine the light on our shadow aspects so we can heal and integrate back to wholeness.

Remembering that you are a spark of the Divine Source. A spark of ALL that is. You will come to know that only you can fill the void inside of yourself. Nothing outside will do. You will realize that in the past to no avail you searched for everything outside to complete you. You may have attached yourself to people or things because you craved love, validation, and fulfillment, but in all actuallity this is not healthy and will not be sustainable. When we seek this from another or anything outside ourselves without first giving and fulfilling this within, we will inevitably be disappointed because no one and nothing outside of us can fill this bottomless pit of emptiness. This can only be filled from within ourselves. To do this we must learn to love ourselves unconditionally, every single part of ourselves especially those deep dark parts that we are afraid to look at and that we find unworthy or not good enough. We must shine the light on them so we can integrate these rejected aspects of self , this is our true path to ultimate love and freedom. 

What you seek is also seeking you. The more in harmony you are with your own existence the more magical life becomes. This is a process of shifting your focus from the mind into the heart. This is where you will find your connection to Divine Source. When you start falling in love with yourself and begin to treat yourself the way you actually deserve to be treated, you will not allow anyone to treat you badly ever again. Once you stop abusing yourself you will not allow anyone else to abuse you. You will begin doing things that nourish your soul instead of drain you. You will learn to create boundaries and create the life you never thought possible. You may then be able to attract a Divine Partner to accelerate your Ascension process even faster if you so choose. Our relationships are our greatest teachers. Every relationship in our lives is showing us an aspect of ourselves. It is showing us how we are treating ourself and where work needs to be done.

Healing yourself will change your reality. By allowing yourself to feel the feeling, but don't become the emotion...you will learn to witness it, to allow it and then release it. You will learn to not push away your feelings as they arise; instead allow yourself the time and space to feel them without judgment, without becoming attached to the stories. By doing this you will be able to trasmute them with love. This is the work of the alchemist. This is how you master your energy and your life. This is how you remember who you really are. You will remember that you are pure Love and everything that is not that Love will begin to present itself to you so you can release it and return to wholeness. To the... I AM THAT I AM.

Addressing and healing your trauma or shadow aspects is the path to returning to the love that you are. This is the doorway to the intimacy you crave, both with yourself and with another. We run from love because love is truth, and to be in truth is something we must be ready to embrace. It can cut you open energetically and dismantle all the stories you hide behind, leaving only what is in service to the Divine. People run from relationships because the natural and highest evolution of a relationship is to become the direct embodiment of the Divine. We must be ready to face and release our shadows. We are each the light and the way. The kingdom to heaven is inside each of us. When we have healed our wounds and asked our ego to step aside, we can then surrender our will to the will of the Divine. We can then come into Divine Union within and with Source; we will begin to experience Heaven within and without. This is how we bring Heaven to earth. By healing ourselves we also heal our world because that is what will be reflected back to us. To reach full maturity both the masculine and the feminine sides of the personality must be brought into consciousness, fully healed and integrated and in doing so this will bring about Inner Union. Once we have achieved Divine Union within ourselves we can then experience Sacred Union with another. 

This is not to say that this path must be done alone. In fact, this can most defineilty be achieved more quickly with a partner, within a sacred container, with someone who is also consciously doing their work towards Ascension and Full Embodiment. You will act as mirrors for each other by allowing yourself to see the most beautiful aspects of yourself and the darkest. Surprisingly, it is often accepting our light that we may find to be more challenging than facing our darkness. To accept our light we must learn how to love ourselves. To learn to love ourselves we must first be able to forgive ourselves not only for what we may have done to another but, for what we have done to ourselves and allowed another to do to us. By forgiving the self we can forgive others. This is a necessary process to reach total self-acceptance and self-realization. To reach full embodiment of pure unconditional love. If we can forgive ourselves then we can forgive other. If we can love ourselves…we can love other. Then with this knowing we are able to integrate ourselves back to wholeness back to the ONE.

Once you decide to enter into this space, you are supported in taking your next steps toward greater union and embodiment of Higher Self. We can only hold as much light and (love) as darkness and (fear) that we ourselves have experienced. So to reach and hold the highest vibrations of love we must have also reached the lowest vibrations of fear. They are two sides of the same coin. You can not have one without the other. We must fully integrate and balance these polarities to come into union within ourselves and with other. Our masculine and feminine energies are also two sides of the same coin. We are both and we are born into this so-called physical reality as one specific gender of a woman or a man. But, to be our highest expression we must balance and merge our inner polarities. To do this we must heal our (wounded and toxic) masculine and feminine aspects, we must learn how to love and accept all parts of ourselves. As a woman we cannot heal our masculine aspect and still have hatred for men. We need to find our love for the masculine again and realize that they too have been living in this inverted matrix, holding all of the traumas and attroctities in their dna as well. As for the men they need to forgive the women and see her as an equal not something to be dominated and controlled.  The masculine and feminine are equals. Equals does not mean that we have the same qualities. The masculine and feminine ernergy each have specific individual qualities they emobdy. When we allow our sacred aspects to heal and fully integrate we can utilize our own Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine aspects at will in any given situation as the occasion arises. Women for example, must know when to allow our inner masculine (or outer Masculine/Partner) aspects to step forward and lead or provide for us and our feminine aspects to sit back and be the receiver. 

When these two energies fully merge it will create the third energy which is creation itself. This is the trinity. The masculine and feminine polarities in union create the third energy of creation. This is our return to Grace our return to wholeness within. When we reach a state of needing nothing outside of ourselves we become whole within and then we will experience that wholeness also being reflected back to us. This can be achieved on our own and with a Divine Partner in Sacred Union. When we truly surrender and trust in Divine Source to provide for our every need, this is when we have reached self-mastery and will return to Grace. We are then ready and capable to enter the kingdom of Heaven and anchor the vibration of unconditonal love.

This will be achieved by courageously allowing the activation of your Divine Blueprint. In doing this you will begin to remember why you came here at this moment in time to help serve humanity through this great awakening. You will begin to surrender your will to the will of God/Divine Source and step more and more into Grace. This is a journey of the highest calling, remembering who you are and why you are here on this earth, at this moment in time. Remembering that you came here to be of service to others and not service to self. However, the first step towards this is actually learning to love yourself again. We live in a world where we are taught to choose ourselves last, to put everyone before us. But we must actually first choose ourselves and become in service to Self and learn to love ourselves before we can truly love another. Once we have achieved this we can then fully step into and be of Service to others. This is a process of choosing love and letting go of all fears, returning to Oneness.
